Dawn Cragon

Dawn Cragon

Coach Dawn joined ACTF last year as a distance and mid-distance coach. She also assisted with statistics and time keeping. Quickly, she became a fan favorite with the kids. At meets, you may hear Coach Dawn before you see her — cheering on the kids at the finish line and praising them for trying their best.

Coach Dawn has been actively involved with the Ashtabula Distance Runners club for many years. She has both placed in the women’s division of the Grand Prix and served as an officer with the club.

When Dawn is not running or coaching, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family and her dog.

Running teaches us to challenge ourselves. It teaches us to push beyond where we thought we could go. It helps us to find out what we are made of. This is what we do. This is what it’s all about.”
