Luke Stecki, Head Coach

Luke Stecki

Coach Stecki returned to the running world after a long sabbatical in 2012. Since then, he has devoted much of his time into learning training methods and skills to improve as a runner. In the last 2 years, Coach Stecki decided he wanted to create a program where he and others could share their knowledge and expertise to the youth of Ashtabula County.

In the last 8 years, Coach Stecki compiled the following personal record times:

10K 37:12

15K 59:10

Half Marathon- 1:24:47

Coach Stecki is currently looking into improving his 1 mile time and creating a program specifically for the kids in this area. He is also actively learning the art of the 400 meter and 800 middle race as well.

When he is not coaching or running, Coach Stecki enjoys spending time with his family, Tennesee Titans football, and watching documentaries.

Coach Luke & Youth 5k Runners

Running teaches us to challenge ourselves. It teaches us to push beyond where we thought we could go. It helps us to find out what we are made of. This is what we do. This is what it’s all about.”
